User Experience Design
What is Napit?
Napit is a mobile application that allows people to rent a space in a house, for a short period of time, when suddenly they need to rest because they may feel tired and need to recover the energy and continue their day in order to feel fresh and rested. Scenario examples:
- People that are early bird, they go to the gym before going to work and in the midday, they need to drink coffee to continue the journey. Sometimes people can’t rest better because of the midday coffee.
- People who travel and are very active during their trip visiting many different places in a day. It would be a good option that they can have access to a space where to have a shower, take a nap or even cook their own food.
- People who go out in a club or have a last minute trip during the night and they have the need to rest after their party or travel. It would be great for them that they are able to rent a space when they need it.
Research & Inspiration
The first step was to understand the user needs and then to research about the marketplace competitors. Finally I didn't found any similar and I decided to move along the idea.
Problem statment
How Might We
- Allow people to take advantage of a break at work to rest and be more proactive.
- Allow people to use a home area anywhere and anytime.
Problem Statment
“People need a quick way to use a home space because they want to meet their daily needs for hygiene, rest, food, etc, wherever and whenever they are.”
User Personas
They are two key user personas: The Lease and The Lessor, since they are the opposite users that will use the app.
For the purpose of this activity, I will focus the journey on the The Lessor.
Low-Fidelity Prototype
User Journey / Flow & Mid-fidelity Wireframes
After sketching the structure of the platform and designing how this would work, I decided to build an User Journey mixed with a Mid-Fidelity Wireframes to explain how user use the application and what he is feeling.
